ANOTHER OIL SCANDAL.
It looks like the guy is looking suspiciously at the Castor Oil bottle in the window while washing his pants.
The card is a thick cardboard with a cartoon on the front. The back is plain cardboard. Printed in U.S.A.
It is in MINT condition!
