It is still intact but the lower right hand corner is missing on the front and back page.
It has 24 pages or 14 pages with front and back - so - 24 pages and it is intact.
The pages do have the tan to brown pantina of age.
I WOULD RATE THIS MAGAZINE AS GOOD TO VERY GOOD CONDITION due to that corner tear, otherwise it would be rated as very good to near mint.
